    Our chiropractic office is located in Collinsville, IL at 1280 Vandalia, which is a central location to pretty much anywhere in the Metro-East. It’s an easily accessible location that allows us to serve customers throughout the entire area. Collinsville is accessible by multiple interstates including I-255 N and I-55 N. Our staff is friendly, courteous and focused on cultivating a relaxing experience for each and every customer that we treat.

    We accept cash, check and all major credit for payments, and we accept most major insurance carriers including the following:

  • Not sure about your plan? Please contact our staff to find out, directly, if your insurance provider is covered at our facility. If not, we’re happy to explain the out-of-pocket costs for treatments.

  • Scheduling Appointments

    You can schedule appointments online and over the phone. Keep in mind that online payments must be confirmed via the phone before they’re officially on the schedule. Appointments are created on a first come, first served basis that depends on your preferences for time of day, day of the week.

    New Patient Forms

    You may fill out your new patient paperwork before or on the day of your initial appointment where we do exams and x-rays the same day.  Your next appointment will be a consultation of findings and then the adjustment. Please click over to the ‘new patient forms’ page to view and print the paperwork needed for that first appointment, or call our staff for answers to specific questions.
